APRES
FORGOTTEN WHISPERS
The animations I create are visual representations of my past life experiences and emotional journeys. By blending elements of imagination and reality, it captures many of the uncertainties, challenges and hopes that have shaped who I am today. Coming from Beijing, I incorporate Chinese characteristics and my own special memories of the nation and culture into my works. Each frame tells a unique story, shows the ups and downs of my personal journey, and provides insight into the complexities of the human experience. Too many disappointments and hopelessness in life seem to push you to the bottom, but behind each painful moment I see it as a chance to begin anew. Life is like a backward journey, everyone is the journey can not turn back the pedestrian. The animation reflects the joys and struggles we encounter in life, and it is a powerful reminder of the resilience and strength within us. By sharing this artwork with others, I hope to be able to inspire and encourage them to embrace their own life journey with courage and determination.
The video depicts an adventure story of a world in ruins, where time passes normally and people age and die, but through a broken clock, it leads to a magical world where there is no concept of time and creatures thrive without death. The story takes the viewer through various fantasy scenes in a forest and underwater before settling on an abandoned pocket watch, representing the halt of time once again.

THE MOTH
ATMOS
Whatever doesn’t kill me is a podcast in the moth. Ed Gavagan tells one of his stories on the podcast. My narrative design is based on this story. This narrative is about hope and rebuilding. A drop of rain during a terrible storm splashes on the ground causing the city of New York to build. The storm represents the darkest time in Ed Gavagan’s life after his brutal attack, and the raindrop suggests the possibility of new life. This concept is a metaphor of how he was able to rebuild his life after a time of darkness and turmoil. When all was lost, Ed Gavagan found his way back home.

THE SECRET OF THE CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
NORTHROP GRUMMAN
This project is about 3D motion showing the fascination of the human circulation system. By demonstrating the workings of different organs of the body’s circulatory system combined with imaginary cellular elements, the project both represents the real composition of the human body and adds impressive imaginative elements.
